TONY CRISP
Senior Pastor
Dr. Crisp, a native Tennessean, has been a Pastor for more than 45 years in churches large and small across the United States. Presently serving as Senior Pastor of “Church On The Way” in Weber City, Virginia. He has served on various committees and boards at every level of Southern Baptist denominational life, including the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention in Nashville, TN. He has served as university and seminary faculty and for two terms as a university trustee. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem-USA. Since 2021 Dr Crisp has served as an Evangelical Advisor to “The Museum of the Jewish People” (ANU), in Tel Aviv, Israel. In the Fall of 2023, Dr. Crisp was named Executive Director, Center for Israel Studies at Brewton-Parker College and Temple Baptist Theological Seminary in Mt. Vernon, Georgia.
He is acknowledged and embraced among evangelicals as a leading authority on the historical, geographical, and cultural context of both ancient and modern Israel. Dr. Crisp is the host of “On the Way, Dr. Tony Crisp” daily Podcast and the “365 Bible Reading Plan” daily Podcast. The Podcasts are heard in over 170 Countries and together in over 5,000 cities worldwide. He and Karen have been married since June 3, 1978, and have three married children and seven grandchildren.
Among the many regional and national honors awarded to Dr. Crisp, Liberty University’s “Stand with Israel Club” conferred on him their “Friend of Israel” annual award. Dr. Crisp served for more than a decade on the prestigious National Council of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in Washington, DC., and served as a member of AIPAC’s National Speakers’ Bureau. AIPAC’s purpose is to educate Members of Congress on a bipartisan basis about the importance of the US-Israel relationship. He served two years on the Religion and Foreign Policy Working Group, United States Dept of State, Office of Religion and Global Affairs, Washington, D.C. He presently serves as Corporate Pastor of 5 Stones Intelligence Corporation and a Director of Warrior’s Walk.
Dr. Crisp is presently serving as General Editor of a new study Bible for Tyndale House Publishing, Chicago, ”The Story of the Crimson River,” “Living Beyond Brokenness,” and various study guides related to the Center for Holy Land Studies, including the “Holy Land Studies Travel Course.”

Mike Speck
Pastor of Praise & Worship
For more than forty years, Mike Speck has been singing and ministering to the body of Christ. As an ordained minister and former pastor, Mike has a deep love for the local church. He has served on the staff of six different churches throughout Michigan, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Virginia, and North Carolina.
He served as minister of music for the late Dr. Jerry Falwell at Thomas Road Baptist Church, Lynchburg, VA. Mike and his wife, Faye, along with their ministry team, have been privileged to lead worship for such notable pastors as Dr. David Jeremiah, Dr. John Hagee, and Andy Stanley. For the past twenty-nine years, he has been worship leader for Dr. Charles Stanley’s In Touch national rallies and all of his overseas trips and cruises.
